Services are specialized to help clients mitigate risks across an overall risk spectrum. We are currently seeking a Manager to join us in our Washington, DC or Tysons Corner, Virginia office.
IT Strategy and Performance team members help businesses plan and execute technology initiatives to lower costs and support business growth, while helping them strengthen the connection between IT and the business functions it's intended to support.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with identifying opportunities, developing relationships, scoping prospective engagements, and developing proposals
- Lead client engagements and be responsible for the on-time creation of project deliverables
- Assist with developing or updating firm methodologies regarding technology operations services
- Identify and communicate engagement findings to senior management and client personnel
- Identify performance improvement opportunities for clients
- Present thought leadership at internal training classes, external events, and client environments

Qualifications:
- Five years of experience in consulting and/or technology management roles
- Experience with IT development concepts and systems development life cycle experience
- Financial Services industry experience, preferably in the Mortgage or Capital Markets sectors
- Demonstrated ability to assess and enhance IT processes within an organization and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams along with demonstrated track record of leadership, client management, and project management
- Strong client services orientation and accustomed to taking an active role in executing engagements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
