Delivering major IT projects, the members of the Information Technology Services team coordinates and implements solutions such as, managing and maintaining the operational effectiveness of operating systems and infrastructure used to deliver IT related services and products to ASIC clients and staff.
If you have previous management experience being responsible for delivery of a support services function or an IT Programme Management/Business Office, then this could be your chance to:
- Develop and maintain project management and programme processes and procedures required to support IT project / programme management;
- Drive quality assurance of regular project and programme reporting to ensure adherence to policy and procedures, use of current templates, recording of dependencies, and alignment to the integrated schedule;
- Have oversight of the IT Resource Management process and associated reporting;
- Be responsible for IT Audit liaison, providing management of all audits of major technology projects, either by internal or external parties;
- Facilitate the Compliance Review Board;
- Plan and execute IT Compliance and Health checks for major IT projects;
- Report audit outcomes to relevant governance forums;
- Develop and retain a service oriented team that provides high quality, reliable and timely support services to stakeholders across IT.

The ideal candidate must also have demonstrated PMO experience and ideally accreditation in project standards (PRINCE2).
