To assist with the delivery of new Loyalty product strategies to their key strategic partners, an outstanding opportunity has arisen for a strategically minded, highly experienced Loyalty specialist to take ownership of the design, delivery and implementation of key product initiatives.
The key criteria for success include:
- A proven track record of developing and driving Loyalty product strategy and initiatives
- Establishing strong relationships with key strategic partners to drive innovation and growth across the Loyalty business
- The ability to identify and develop key reporting and performance metrics
- Demonstrating an understanding of key revenue drivers and leverage points of existing products to identify product enhancement opportunities
