Our client is a well established listed MNC. As part of its growth and transformation plan, it is looking for qualified candidates with relevant skills in MA / corporate finance to manage the end-to-end process of MA / partnership projects.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the successful candidates will be tasked to manage the full scope of projects, which ranges from screening, initial contact through deal execution to integration planning. You will interact with relevant parties from initial discussion to deal negotiations. You will oversee external agents such as auditors, legal advisors in the process and need to facilitate discussions with internal stakeholders. You prepare the necessary internal documentation required for presentation and approval purpose and drive the corporate finance projects to attain the group’s strategy.
You must be degree qualified with at least 5+ years of relevant experience in MA / corporate finance within a bank or related finance company. You must have good communication skills (both written and verbal) and be comfortable interacting with all levels in organization and external parties. Experience in other Asian countries is an advantage and strong mandarin skills are a must. To succeed in this role, strong negotiation and influencing skills are critical.
