Manager (M&A) recruitment
In this role, your focus will be on supporting the Asia Pacific business development teams in the investment approval process by working with asset managers and other external parties. You will develop and utilise the whole of life financial model to support business development teams in evaluating acquisitions or financing of infrastructure projects which include both greenfield and brownfield.
Working as part of a dynamic business development team, you will undertake financial and risk analysis of investment opportunities through the preparation and interpretation of financial models and data, presenting the results to internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you will provide analytical support for the existing businesses working with asset managers to ensure complete analysis and comparison of project performance against investment objectives.
We are seeking a tertiary-qualified candidate with at least 7 years of relevant work experience in MA deal transactions. You will ideally be from a Big 4 accounting firm, having spent the initial years in an audit or tax function; or in a corporate advisory role within the power and infrastructure sector.
