Due to growth of a key strategic retail account, we currently require an experienced Manager/Senior Manager to join the Retail Operations Strategy team. Within Retail Operations our areas of speciality include advising major retailers on operational performance, digital and strategy across Grocery/Supermarkets, Department Stores, and Discount Department stores, Merchandising, Store Operations and Supply Chain.
Reporting to the Partner and the external Directors of this multi-million dollar retail client you will work in a team environment. Working remotely from the client site, you will also be responsible for Retail operational project work across all retail formats including selling work and presenting deliverables at appropriate levels. Your success in the role will be measured on your ability to project manage junior team members in terms of expectations and deliverables and liaising directly with the client on a regular basis.
Degree Qualified, the successful candidate will require at least 5 years experience in consulting and specific experience working on major retail clients either locally or overseas. Broad experience in Stores, IT, Merchandise, Supply Chain Change Management will be highly favoured. As a highly engaging, self starter you will demonstrate the confidence to build relationships with high level internal and external stakeholders and a passion for the retail space that will see you drive innovative solutions for clients in this space.
