As the Market Research and AP Manager, you will contribute to a strong insights team for Singapore Retail Banking. You will act as an internal consultant, oversee the design and execution of research projects and translate findings into actionable solutions for business partners. You will also be expected to keep abreast of shifting trends in target consumer profile, in terms of their behaviour, attitudes and expectations towards financial products and services. Your role includes sourcing for and setting up alternative research tools, to achieve optimal use of resources and still generate actionable insights in a timely manner.

Another key function of this role is to manage and track the Advertising and Promotion budget on a monthly basis. Regular reports are generated to stakeholders, in guiding efficient spending.

Qualifications:

A strong team player with minimum 5 years' experience in market research, competitive analysis and insights generation, ideally gained in research agencies/ consultancy firms or in-house business analysis teams within organisations.
Strong knowledge in qualitative and quantitative research and a good understanding of banking products and services is essential.
The candidate is likely to have a degree in Business, Marketing or Social Sciences. He/she should be numerate and meticulous, yet a strategic and creative thinker.
