This role, Manager, Market Research, provides strategic decision support to senior management across all business functions. You will design, manage, analyze and report on a variety of market research projects to provide senior management with information on customers, prospects, competitors, and new or existing services. Research areas include consumer behavior, new product development, segmentation, communications testing, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with over 3 years experience in marketing research. Master's Degree in Marketing Research a plus
Strong project management expertise
Proven track record in driving insight to action
Must have worked on a good mix of quantitative and qualitative projects.
Knowledge of statistical tools like SAS and SPSS will be an added advantage.
Must have demonstrated ability to manage market research projects, worked closely with multiple internal clients and be results oriented.
Must have the ability and drive to work in an intense, fast paced environment.
Superior written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Comfortable working independently in overseeing multiple market research studies and providing a strategic point of view
Solid analysis/statistical methodology skills
Competency in advanced research methods, processes, tools, design and techniques including sample criteria, quotas, weighting
