Manager Marketing
Manages the development of company marketing programs. Responsible for assessment of existing and potential markets, product life cycle planning, coordination of technical product development, development of product strategies, definition of promotional activities, and product launch. Activities may include technical sales support; product advertising/promotion; planning, developing, and implementing multiple channel programs; and directing the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s). Manages the activities of individual contributors or supervisors in a section or department with accountability for goals, objectives, operational policies. May participate in the development of functional strategy. Has responsibility for hiring, termination, performance and salary decisions. This role will be responsible for leading and managing the marketing strategy and execution for all campaign and offer tests supporting churn efforts for IL Base from identified churn customer hotspots. Assign campaign resources and management of marketing team members. Ensure consistent marketing approach across churn reduction initiatives and overall alignment to marketing strategy. Allocate Marketing budget to high-priority testing initiatives. Oversight of development of business cases and facilitates treatment feasibility/value assessment with Finance team for ROI of campaign testing. Define success criteria for treatments under test learn process provide recommendations on on-going campaign deployment to Executive Management. Work with channels campaign execution for on-site launch support, consistency across channels, and operational reporting. Work with cross-functional partners to enable new offer and treatment capabilities across multiple channels where the customer engages. Specifically in digital and social media channels. Provide input to the campaign optimization process and set campaign priority in addition to approval of hypotheses for campaign development as suggested through analytics and insight. Own Pipeline Management Capacity Planning for test and learn campaigns, campaign level risk and milestones across the campaign lifecycle and oversight of campaign actual result to forecast. Oversight of Executive governance processes and collaboration with Marketing Operations on the Go To Market Process for continuous process improvement. Prior Management or Supervisory experience Deep knowledge of key retention marketing practices Deep knowledge of direct marketing with proven result Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data/insight into action. Deep knowledge of Sprint culture, processes, and operations Willingness and ability to work in fast paced and dynamic environment Willingness and ability to engage in cross-functional collaboration Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree and eight years related work experience or twelve years related work experience post high school Five years of marketing experience including product life cycle planning and product strategy Two years supervisory or management experience Preferred Qualifications At Sprint, we're more than just talk.
