The Company
An established organization in the property development sector with strong global presence is looking for candidates with strong financial modelling background to undertake commercial and financial evaluation of new acquisitions and to provide analytical support to existing businesses
The Role
You will undertake financial and risk analysis of investment opportunities through the preparation and interpretation of financial models and data, develop business models to support the acquisition and financing of new businesses as well as provide analytical support for the existing businesses.
You will be required to update and maintain models of existing assets, conduct analysis of industry trends and assessment of the strategic value of potential projects and have strong understanding of the various regulatory and legal systems to assess potential impacts on business activities.
The role will involve working within project groups as well as building of strong working relationships with asset managers and financial teams, business developers and external parties such as tax and accounting advisors. In addition, you will also support business development teams in the investment approval process.
Your Profile
You must have a recognized degree in Accountancy and/or CPA qualification. MA deal transaction experience is key - a proven track record with at least 6-8 years in similar capacity and initial years in audit will be a plus. You must have advance Excel software skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
