Manager – MI Performance Analyst recruitment
Deliverables include monthly performance analysis covering various business units, providing core management information and analysis essential to BAU and various project work. There is an ever increasing demand for insightful, high quality and timely analysis for both internal and external audiences.
The successful candidate will ideally be a qualified accountant with experience of management reporting, business analysis and an ability to assimilate information from a variety of formats. Looking for a confident finance professional with strong oral and written communication skills.
Deliverables to include:
- Preliminary Income Statement and commentary (Flash reporting - vs. Forecast, Budget and Prior Year).
- Co-ordinate and produce the Divisional monthly attestation process and reporting for FD sign off.
- Production of Balance Scorecard for monthly reporting and working with Divisional Strategy on development and implementation.
- Cross Sale Income “CSI” – responsible for Divisional CSI reporting (Actual and Planning), including review and development of policy, protocol and compliance, messaging for external reporting and liaising with Internal and External Auditors.
- Contribute commentary, review and other Key Performance Indicators (CSI).
- Divisional core /non core reporting for internal and external reporting.
- External press release commentaries, review and supporting analysis.
Key skills required:
Delivering and presenting MI both written and graphically, demonstrating an ability to focus on the “bigger picture”/material issues, as well as developing expert knowledge of drivers.
- An ability to assimilate and refine information received from a diverse set of businesses.
- Develop new ideas on how to best to present information and message to senior executives.
- Establish and maintain rapport with key stakeholders across all levels of the business and central support functions.
- Plan workloads and manage the expectations of key stakeholders.
- Share knowledge and contribute to the development of team members.
