Manager, MRI Support Team
Description
- Provides day-to-day technical support to MRI and other property applications users.
- Weekly manages and reports IT Service Management tickets for the MRI team.
- Communicates MRI cases with MRI representatives and Archstone management.
- Proactively works to solve common support -issues, improve processes, and improve the user experience.
- Reviews and delegates all Archstone support assignments.
- Ensures clear and concise documentation of tickets.
- Determines coverage schedule for phone, weekend and holiday support.
- Trains and mentors support team.
- Develops, communicates and enforces all policies, procedures, and workflow strategies.
- Coordinates and implements training and special project initiatives.
- Acts as a liaison for MRI Support team to the Training Department, ArchTech and Customer Service to ensure good communication and relationships between teams.
- Available to work on Saturdays and on an on-call" basis.
- Supervises the MRI support team and the MRI conversion team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior onsite leasing experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer networking preferred.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Intermediate Outlook, MS Word, Excel and SQL skills.
- Advanced MS Access, MRI and database skills
