Position Description:
The Marketing Communications group seeks an experienced manager for
its multi-media team. This is a new position within the team that
will report to the SVP/Head of Brand Marketing and Communications
Services.

The successful candidate will help be responsible for day-to-day
oversight of the firm's global multi-media function, including
conceiving, shaping, and managing a range of video deliverables
designed to carry the firm's thought leadership, product, and brand
messages to support business needs in the Americas, EMEA and
Asia-Pac. He or she will also be expected to lead all strategic
planning, administrative and operational aspects of a three-person
team, two of whom are located in Newport Beach, California.

Essential Job Functions
•Formulate, write/produce/direct and/or edit a variety of
video/film deliverables.
•Work with key internal stakeholders globally to build multi-media
strategy to support business needs
•Create and manage budgets for both internal and third-party
contractor support
•Build successful relationships with Marketing Communications
colleagues to ensure successful function-wide integration of
marketing initiatives
•Stay abreast of industry technology and creative developments to
ensure best-in-class video deliverables
•Recruit, manage and evaluate internal as well as third-party
resources, as needed, to ensure suitable skills are available to
deliver needed results
•Build and protect the reputation of Marketing Communications as a
key strategic resource for the firm

Position Requirements:
•Five or more years of professional multi-media experience leading
a team. Professionals with investment writing/production experience
a plus.
•Demonstrated, extensive knowledge of video/film pre- and
post-production processes and technologies. Existing relationships
with post-production facilities in New York, Los Angeles, and
Europe or Asia a plus.
•Familiarity with investment management industry.
•Experience writing/producing/directing product, brand and thought
leadership video content. (We want to see samples of your creative
and strategic thinking.)
•Ability to juggle multiple assignments in a global, fast-moving,
results-oriented environment.
•Proven ability to present, develop and defend ideas and
themes.
•Willingness and ability to engage investment professionals, senior
and executive management and MarComm colleagues to create
best-in-class outcomes.
•Ability to travel to offices in UK/Europe, the Americas and
Asia-Pac, as required.
•Undergraduate degree required.
