Brand Ambassador Manager- Nutritional Supplements

Well established and rapidly expanding Gainesville, Florida-based national/international marketer of leading-edge dietary supplements is looking to hire a qualified person for its Sales team. The ideal candidate will be capable of assuming responsibility as a key member of the accountsupport team.  Fast paced work environment. The Brand Ambassador Manager serves as the primary contact for the Brand Ambassadors, responsible for Brand Ambassador support, as well as ensuring Ambassadors are up to date on product education promotions. In turn, the Brand Ambassador Manager must collect information, trends, sales tips, etc. from the Brand Ambassadors and deliver this information in useable form.

Responsibilities:

·         Conduct weekly calls with each Brand Ambassador, collecting  input on store visits, demos, in-store participation, relationship building, trends, etc.

·         Responsible for all Brand Ambassador communications support

·         Responsible for educating the Brand Ambassadors on  new existing products in all four lines

·         Responsible for sending out monthly brand ambassador in-store postcards

·         Responsible for ensuring the Brand Ambassador has the materials they need to perform their job (samples, collateral, sampling cups, etc.)

·         Responsible for updating Brand Ambassadors on all in-store promotions

·         Responsible for educating Brand Ambassadors on Corporate store culture vs. Franchise store culture

·         Responsible for disseminating information to Brand Ambassadors on monthly PMs, product stacks, employee discounts, Franchise wholesale discounts

·         Responsible for collecting Brand Ambassador feedback; trends seen across the country, feedback from associates, etc, and effectively delivering this information to the franchise account team.

·         Travel to different regions for store visits

·         Required Travel: - 50%.

·         Other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

·         4 year degree with emphasis in Marketing, Food Science, Nutrition or other related major.

·         3 to 5+ years experience as an account manager.

·         2+ years experience in a supervisory/managerial role.

·         Strong interpersonal communications skills.

·         Knowledge of the nutritional supplements industry preferred.

·         Excellent computer skills and ability to use MS WORD, Excel Power Point, and Outlook.

·         Ability to travel extensively (up to 50%).
