They are looking for an leader for their award winning critical care services department at one of their campuses. Each unit has a lead/supervisor, so this a true "management position." 


Under the supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer, leads, organizes, integrates and evaluates activities on the assigned units in order to ensure high quality patient care.  Manages and coordinates the daily operation of the assigned units.  Ensures knowledge and adherence to policies and procedures, and recommends changes as necessary.  Assists in the development and implementation of new programs.
