Manager of Customer & Market Research Job in Maryland Heights, Missouri US
The Manager of Customer and Market Research is responsible for the development of Nursing Health Professions strategic research and engagement programs in order to capture the voice of the customer and uncover unmet market needs.
Bachelor's Degree required. Ideal candidate should have 5 plus years combined sales, marketing or product management experience, preferably: customer research, needs assessment-validation, bench market reseach, primary market research using both qualitative and quantitative measures. The Manager of Customer and Market Research will be required to conduct primary customer and prospect research, and must be comfortable managing participant recruitment via all means necessary, including cold calling. Strong writing, analytical and customer-facing presentation skills a must.
