Responsibilities of Manager of Employee Relations:

We are seeking an energetic, team player to join our HR organization to manage employee/labor relations matters for a geographic region of the country. The position is based out of our corporate headquarters in Baton Rouge. This Manager of Employee Relations will investigate problems, provide guidance to managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and ensure policies, procedures and HR laws are adhered to by our leaders across the assigned geographic region. This individual will be expected to provide professional and objective consultation and strategic solutions based on a wide variety of matters, including potential risk factors for the organization.
