MANAGER OF ENERGY SERVICES EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Marketing. Engineering or Communications degree would be acceptable with other post graduate business related discipline. EXPERIENCE: Three years of management and utility experience required. JOB KNOWLEDGE: Must have ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. Should be able to demonstrate the ability to market, develop, implement, and measure Cooperative products and services. Will need sufficient understanding of rate structures, over all utility customer needs, and billing. Will need basic understanding of electric distribution systems, and familiarity with alternative energy products and services. Must have excellent oral and writing communication skills and ability to establish good relationships across other functional areas. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage Call Center, Billing, and Customer Service. Assist management with identifying energy products and services that are in the best interest of the Cooperative and its members. Develop and maintain marketing plans for new and existing products and services. Organize and manage member communications via internet, periodicals, messaging, and social networking. Will act as contact point for Prince George Electric Cooperative Key Accounts. This position will establish a relationship with some of our largest consumers while addressing their needs across functional areas within the Cooperative.
