In this position you will:
- Provide vision and strategic planning to the mortgage serving group including foreclosure prevention program.
- Manage day-to-day operations related to in-house serviced loans (payment processing, escrows, collections, etc.) and monitors master servicers' for their performance on servicing Agency loans.
- Ensure that the servicing of single family and multifamily program loans maintain compliance with related bond resolutions, insurance/guarantee covenants and federal and state regulations.
- Maximizes return with the use of technology and efficient work processes.
- Oversees the effective use of Hardest Hit Funds for foreclosure prevention programs.
Are you interested? The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting or related field.
- 5+ years experience in servicing of residential mortgage loans, including the management of foreclosures and other real estate owned properties
- 3+ year's supervisory experience; strong analytical skills.
- Thorough knowledge of servicing procedures for residential loans; legal formats for promissory notes and deeds of trusts, records management of borrower files; delinquent loan reporting formats. Familiarity with FHA, VA, FNMA, GNMA, USDA, and PMI insurer servicing.
- Strong comunication skills; Proficient in all MS Office software.
