Oversee the biweekly accurate and timely processing of a muti-state payroll for approxx 1,500 employees and strive for continuous improvement in accuracy and efficiency to ensure readiness for continued growth as required by the company.
In conjunction with and supported by the Parent Company, individula will be responsible for the accounting for all stock based compensation, including the valuation of equity instruments, preparing quarterly expense analysis and forecasting the future impact to the company.
Prepare accounting and reporting inputs to support stock compensation and other requirements for public SEC filings, including Form 10-K, Form 10-Q and Proxy statements.
Responsible for the periodic accounting assoicated with the maintenance of payroll and stock compensation reporting related to legal and regulatory compliance.
Oversee the enhancement and documentation of payroll and equity-related procedures and policies.
Serve as the company's subject matter expert on all payroll, payroll processing, and compensation accounting matters, ofssues pertaining to and stock compensation issues, partnering with HR/Legal as required.
Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance
10+ years of of experience in payroll operations and accounting, including three years at the manager level
2+ years working for a public company with relevant experience in stock administration
Understanding of US GAAP accounting and relevant SEC regulations, including knowledge of FAS 123R/ASC718
