Michael Baker is recruiting for a Manager of Photogrammetry to work in our Beaver, PA office. 

Having a desire to initiate business development opportunities, possess strong leadership and managerial skills, and bring a progressive attitude toward leverageing both internal and offshore resources to deliver competitive, high-quality services. 

 

Responsibilities:

•         Directing the production activities of Baker staff and subcontractors;     
•         Proposal and cost estimate development;
•         Personnel management;
•         Manage multiple projects simultaneously;
•         On-time and on-budget completion of projects;
•        Business Growth;
•         Manage client relationships;
•         Actively participate in professional organizations;
•         Current technological background in surveying, mapping, and geospatial arenas; and
•         Ability to motivate and to work as a team member in cooperation within and across technical disciplines.

Minimum requirements:

•         Four year degree in a geospatial-related discipline
•         5+ years management experience
•         Technical experience in photogrammetry, LiDAR data processing, aerial triangulation, orthophoto production, remote sensing, and GIS
•         Current Certified Photogrammetrist registration;
•         Proficiency in MS Office
•         Knowledgeable of Terrasolid, Bentley, Intergraph, and ESRI software
•         Ability to initiate business development opportunities
•         Strong leadership and managerial skills

•         Well organized
•         Excellent written and verbal communications skills
•         Strong organizational skills
•         Superior problem solving skills. 

  5+ years management experience
