Oferta:
Manage the sales/technical area, approve the finished product. Reporting to general director in Brazil.
Scope:
* Manage the Quality Management System of the company.
* Being a technical responsible for the company to ANVISA and other regulators.
* Be formal responsible for the approval of the finished product prior to release for sale.
* Represent the direction of third-party audits, as well as inspections by regulatory bodies and government authorities
* Be responsible for ensuring that customer complaints and nonconformities are treated in a timely manner in accordance with the policies of the organization
* Coordinate internal audits and self-inspections for GMP
* Run meetings to critically review the quality system with the board
* Manage the quality indicators in conjunction with other areas of the company
* Implement the policies established for the quality area in the form of standard procedures and work instructions
* Perform communication to regulators in case of need for product recall or any other warnings that may be required
* Guide, evaluate and motivate the team of his/her responsibility
* Train new leaders
* Approve documents for the quality system
* Actively contribute to maintain approved and within the valid period the operating licenses, product registrations and certificates of products and quality management system, including certification for Good Manufacturing Practices
* Develop strategic planning for Quality area in conjunction with the Board
Perfil desejado:
- Requirement:
* Graduated in Pharmacy
* ISO 13485 Standard
* RDC 59/00
* Quality tools (PDCA, CEP, Pareto, Cause-Effect Diagram, Brainstorming, etc)
* Good Manufacturing Practices
* Fluent English
* Leadership, Organization, Critical View, Initiative and Concentration
