Job Summary General Duties:
- Bachelors Degree in Security Administration, Law Enforcement, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with internal clients in all levels of management, peers, and subordinates.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
- Planning: Ability to think ahead and plan over a one to two year time span.
- Management: Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to interact with co-workers, peers, management to accomplish tasks, goals, projects, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer orientation.
Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Ensures effective and successful branch operations through personal effort, supervision, and control.
- Accountable for giving direction, guidance and support to their designated Branch staff, including annual performance reviews, merit increases, coaching and mentoring.
- Maintains effective communication with the Regional Manager and Vice President regarding the fulfillment of goals and objectives being accountable for the monthly financial statements budgets, including achievement of Branch sales goals and profitability.
- Formulates and presents a Branch operating budget to the Vice President.
- Must be personally acquainted and maintain frequent contact with all customers.
- Assures that all required reports are completed and submitted in a timely fashion.
- Responsible for Branch compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
- Must be able to build strategy for the attainment of long range goals for the continued growth of the Branch.
- Reviews with the Branch Managers all job pricing and service proposals within his/her district.
- Participates in industry-related organizations (i.e., ASIS, BOMA, IFMA, etc.)
- Perform all additional duties as assigned by Management.
