- Communicate the status of fixes to all involved departments and delegate work accordingly to the team.
- Report on environment changes that affect clients (internal or external).
- Update, oversee and train team on the knowledge base of code related problems and fixes.
- Facilitate fixes through software development lifecycle.
- Track and monitor fixes and problems reported.
- Create and manage Internal Release Notes (i.e. what issues where pushed, what was fixed).
- Document test use scenarios and processes.
- Train team on documentation of processes and scenarios.
Job Requirements:

- Experience designing test case structures and writing test cases in HP Quality Center
- Extensive experience of hands-on software testing and QA experience
- Must be able to provide evidence of software quality management experience of teams.
- Excellent understanding of Software Development and QA processes, principles, and techniques
- Experience in testing large, web-based applications
- Ability to develop comprehensive test cases from written product requirements
- Experience with MS SQL
- Ability to learn quickly
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions and lead teams
- Adaptability
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Able to travel occasionally to Prague, CZ for business purposes.
- Must possess the indefinite right to work in the UK/EU region.
The following requirements are not essential, but would be highly desirable:
- Experience with Microsoft IIS
- Knowledge of the Welsh language
- Experience with UK government software implementations
- Experience testing career-related web sites
