Manager of Talent Acquisition Job in Huntington 25701, West Virginia US
Reporting to the Vice-President of Human Resources, this position is responsible for partnering with Human Resource and business leaders to drive talent acquisition strategies, tools and processes to meet current and future business needs of Cabell Huntington Hospital. This person will be responsible for direct delivery and management of other Talent Acquisition resources.
Drive proactive recruitment strategies and perform life cycle recruiting for a broad range of management, professional and administrative positions. Identify recruitment resources including internal and external partners and provide direct sourcing activity within budget guidelines. Develop and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates and the community at large to advance Cabell Huntington Hospital service lines.
Responsibilities:
- Work with hiring manager and HR Business Partner to document requirements of job openings and future strategic talent needs. Will have direct responsibility for maintaining annual hospital wide succession plan.
- Develop recruiting strategy and lead recruitment of candidates for open requisitions
- Determine appropriate recruiting sources such as job fairs, open houses, networking, local-recruiting marketing campaigns, employee referral programs, co-op programs, employment agencies, social networking and targeted websites. Promotes the Hospital Service Lines to candidates and external service providers. Ensure candidates have thorough understanding of position, reporting relationships as well as community offerings.
- Create and facilitate robust selection process. Screen and interview candidates and recommend to hiring supervisor or manager; in collaboration with Vice President of Human Resources, assist with the development of the salary offer; manage candidate correspondence.
- Manage recruitment performance against established key metrics. Maintain all supporting records and data, including applicant flow statistics for EEOC reporting. Provide accurate and timely reports and communication to management, hiring managers, Human Resources partners.
- Manage other Talent Acquisition Resources including Recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators and Contract Support Staff.
- Assess recruiting process, identify improvement opportunities and participate in / lead enterprise improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Job Related Experience:
- 7+ years experience in full life cycle recruiting for positions at all levels
- Experience interacting with senior level business executives
- Experience using ADP, HRIS and Monster recruiting software systems preferred
- Experience with process improvement tools, recruiting metrics
- Experience utilizing preselecting tools and resources
- Experience managing retained and contingent external search firms
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's preferred.
- SPHR certification required or willingness to achieve with first 12 months of employment.
