Manager of Talent recruitment
The main responsibilities include:
- Maintain workforce for consulting business.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and business partners, identifying their workforce needs in the consultant space.
- Provide support on learning and development initiatives.
- Advise consulting employee population on career path and career development.
- Support senior leadership and partners on implementing talent and staffing initiatives.
This successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years experience as a Talent Manager for a consulting client group. Must have recruitment, talent development and leadership experience. Detail oriented and ability to multi task.
