SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that all members of the Technical Services department are properly prepared for job functions
- Review and provide performance feedback for Technical Services team
- Review and find coverage for all vacation and/or sick time
- Guide the setting and meeting of the career goals of Technical Services members
