Manager of Ticketing Job in Austin, Texas US

This position is responsible for assisting the Director of Ticketing in all box office related functions.  
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  
•Process and fulfill season and individual ticket orders.  
•Reconcile and deposit daily batches.  
•Aid in the maintenance of the customer database.  
•Work collaboratively with other departments to help ensure efficient operations.
•Provide effective customer service.
•Supervise box office event workers for select events.

Qualifications
•Bachelor’s Degree and ticket office experience required (min. 2+ years).
•Functional knowledge of selected ticketing system.
•Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to work nights and weekends.
