Position Summary

Under the general direction of a Senior Manager or Director, responsible for the overall administration of a program or project as required by the client contract.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Ensures team is meeting contractual obligations;
  2. Design programs which promote high motivation among team members;
  3. Conducts performance reviews and rewards postive behavior
  4. Coaches, counsels and sets goals for supervisors to help develop them for career progression.
  5. Provides day-to-day instructions to team members on job responsibilities.
  6. Helps associates resolve associate work-related issues
  7. Supports new associates in their efforts for growth and development.
  8. Participates in the hiring and termination process
  9. Develop, designs and conducts Train the Trainer program
  10. Provides feedback up and down the organization (Positive and Constructive)
  11. Participates in client meetings; prepares agenda and / or takes meeting notes.
  12. Provides input into incentive plan performance metrics
  13. Ensures open communication with program support.
  14. Translates and oversees organizational strategies for assigned goals
  15. Identifies client issues; receives and triages client requests
  16. Proactively identifies program issues and proposes ways in which to addresss their concerns.
  17. Maintains positive rapport with clients.
  18. Understands billing process and contract obligations.
  19. Particpates in budget planning
  20. Participates in capability meetings.
  21. Accountable for program quality and compliance with standard operating procedures.
  22. Designs project task plan and standard operating procedures
  23. Analyzes reports for trends and gives recommendations.
  24. Analyzes progress of tactical issues.
  25. Performs related duties as assigned.
Experience and Education Requirements

Requires broad training in fields such as business or healthcare administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, social work or other vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor's degree program or clinical studies such as nursing, pharmacy and other clinical roles.  Normally requires a minimum of six (6) years of progressively related responsibility, including at least three (3) years at a supervisory level.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements

  1. Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
  2. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  4. The ability to manage multiple tasks along a parallel process
  5. Health care research and analysis skills sufficient to support payer research, healthcare policy library, and state management
  6. Ability to resolve associate issues effectively and efficiently
  7. Proven ability to appropriately escalate issue to management
