This leading full-service Advisory Practice is well-recognised for its excellent track record and strong brand in liquidations and insolvency. Following unprecedented demand, it's now looking to move further up the curve and work closely with clients before they run into unsolvable problems. Due to continued growth, an opportunity has been created for a Manager or Associate Director to join this growing practice.
Working with two Directors to help grow the business and execute on the strong demand for its services, key challenges will include:
- Strategic turnaround advice to help clients identify critical systemic and financial problems
- Trade-on exercises as a means for returning businesses to profitability
- Board-level reviews and restructures
- Management consulting and traditional corporate finance such as MA, divestments and risk management
This is a broad-based and challenging role, best suited to a calm and rational person who enjoys solving complex problems. You will have the chance to learn practical consulting and management skills from some of the best in the business, while also working with a diverse client group.
To be considered for this role you will come from a strong restructuring, turnaround or insolvency background, possibly including a Chartered Accounting qualification. You will ideally have at least 5 years' experience in this field, combined with strong analytical and interpersonal skills and a strategic outlook.
