Manager OTC Derivatives & Alternatives
Due to an internal promotion, our client, a highly reputable and top performing asset manager has an opportunity for an accomplished OTC Derivatives Operations Manager to lead and manage the operations group.
It is essential candidates will come from an investment management background with prior solid team management experience and leadership skills dedicated to OTC Derivatives operations covering the full trade life cycle.
Your deep technical knowledge of OTC products, operational procedures and best practices is a must as is a current and in-depth knowledge of industry infrastructure, technologies and regulatory environments.
As Manager of the OTC Derivatives Alternatives operations group, this role is high profiled and candidates will demonstrate proven ability of building and developing key relationships with senior management and business partners. Prior experience representing the firm chairing committees, industry working groups and forums for OTC Derivatives will also be advantageous.
Your role responsibilities will be to pro actively lead the review and projects for all OTC related processes and workflows globally, partnering with all functions providing a consultative OTC service covering best practices, product oversight and requirements.
Coupled with prior team management of OTC Operations from an asset management firm, candidates will be educated to degree level within an Accounting or Finance discipline with IMC Qualifications or equivalent.
