Manager, Partnership Distribution (Brokers Channel) recruitment

 Job Responsibilities:

• Engage key partners to work on large accounts especially PMBS
• Responsible for the renewal of large accounts and ensure satisfactory terms service deliverables to ensure client retention
• Actively promote PMBS and source for new prospects amongst FA firms Brokers through workshops and joint client presentations
• Motivate staff to take on new skills and knowledge through trainings to better equip themselves for their  role
• Engage intermediaries to keep them abreast of ongoing policy matters
• Develop and implement appropriate strategies to penetrate and grow new distributors for PGI
• Provide PGI training to intermediaries and secure joint client presentation for tighter follow through

 Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the insurance or financial services industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential
• Self-starter with a proven ability to work in a dynamic sales environment and a proven track record of exceeding goals and objectives
• Proactive, independent result-oriented, energetic, sociable and creative
• Able to communicate (written verbal) effectively with all levels
