The Manager, People and Performance will lead a team of human resource professionals in partnering collaboratively across RBF to establish, maintain and champion proactive people and culture practices, and engage the organisation in best practice initiatives in the pursuit of becoming an Employer of Choice. Reporting to the General Manager, Corporate Support this broad generalist role will have oversight of organisational development, learning and development, industrial relations, payroll and metrics reporting, workforce planning and job design, workplace health and safety, and recruitment and retention.

The successful applicant will be a proven performer in a similar human resource management role and will hold relevant tertiary qualifications. Excellent communication, problem solving and relationship building skills are required, along with demonstrated success in leadership, coaching and people management.
