As a people and organisation advisor, you'll work with leading organisations to measure and monitor staff performance, define organisational structure, roles and responsibilities and develop talent management and succession plans. You'll help clients to achieve their organisation's potential through their people and create a stronger employer brand.
As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking managers with experience in either (or a combination of) HR transformation, workforce planning and change management.

Responsibilities include, but not exclusive to the below:
- Manages consultant teams on the full breadth of talent and change management engagements
- Creates workforce models and is able to demonstrate an understanding of its translation into clients deliverables
- Coordinate with key client stakeholders and the project team to achieve on time, on budget and high quality project delivery
- Develop processes, measurements, metrics and models to identify and quantify alternate workforce planning models
- Demonstrate an understanding in business process design/re-engineering, preferably in large scale organisations
- Consult on HR processes, systems and service delivery channels
- Manage large scale organisational change programs, assessing and planning for risks
Skills:
- Proven people management of small highly skilled teams
- Proven in-depth knowledge and demonstrated experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis required
- Strong MS Excel data manipulation and analytics skills, MS Access skills desirable
- Strong interpersonal, organisational, analytical, decision making, problem-solving, negotiation and verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent critical thinking, creativity, business acumen and drive to proactively search for new ways to meet challenges
- Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
