Manager – Private Equity Accounting recruitment
The Opportunity
Our client is a well established banking organisation with operations worldwide. Due to further expansion, the private equity arm of their fund administration business has a newly created vacancy for a Manager to join the business. In this role, you will be managing a team of accountants responsible for the Private Equity portion of a substantial investment fund. You will be responsible for developing the accountants in the team and carrying out their appraisals as and when is necessary.
Your Profile
The client is ideally looking to meet with ACCA/CIMA/ACA/CA qualified candidates with 3-4 years post qualification experience who have managed teams and are coming from either a fund administration background or from the Private Equity space. Likewise, the client is also open to meeting candidates who have strong management accounting experience from the Financial Services sector. The client will also consider strong profiles from an audit background (FS). The client has stipulated that management experience is a pre-requisite for this position (1-2 years).Strong Excel skills are highly desirable. You will need strong interpersonal skills as you will be liaising with senior management on a day to day basis.
