The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be working with a dynamic team in originating, structuring, managing and distributing private equity funds in Singapore and key regional markets. You will identify and evaluate new investment opportunities in real estate products through sophisticated financial models. You will assist to formulate strategies and market real estate funds.
Your Profile
You are real estate degree qualified and have an in-depth understanding of the regional real estate funds industry. You have the ability to communicate with people of all levels and possess strong leadership skills. You have strong acumen and are someone who can see the big picture. Prior experience in the entire process of structuring and closing private equity funds are held in high regards.
