Job Description
- To improve efficiency and effectiveness of end-to-end processes in Secured Lending team
- To drive excellence in process management for purpose of Revenue growth, Productivity Cost improvement, Customer Service Improvement and Risk Prevention / Mitigation
- To manage mortgage service turnaround time so as to create excellent service to customers
- To manage mortgage product and ensure profitability and good customer revenue
- To increase customer profitability from one bank perspective
Key Roles Responsibilities
Process Re-engineering
- To define, analyse and re-engineer key business processes and procedures for Consumer Banking Value Streams in line with customer and frontline feedback
- Lead the design of innovative processes that support delivery of differentiated customer experience
- Improve current processes using Operational Excellence methodology and tools across all products / functions within the Value Streams and drive continuous improvement discipline through standard work
- To prepare and train functional work groups to ensure that they are competent with the business process flows, placing focus on quality customer service, control and cost containment
- Effectively communicate all new processes across the business
Compliance Control
- Ensure that process changes / new processes comply with Group compliance standards, MLP policy, Group KYC risk base standards and local regulatory requirements
- Ensure the value stream is fit for growth and have effective controls framework
Product Maintenance
- Reinforce the Bank's leading position mortgage business through initiating and formulating business strategy through Test Learns to sustain new business volume and profitability
- Customer segmentation strategy for customer value and relationship development
Explore value growth opportunities with cross-VCs or subsidiaries to exploit fee income / profitability opportunities - Develop product campaigns and service campaigns achieving business goals
Qualifications Skills
- Bachelor Degree holder with hands on working experience in banking industry; experience in lending products will be a plus
- Good project management skill
- Good team player
