Role
In this role you will provide a bridge between the global prepaid organization and regional business teams in the APAC region. As Manager, Prepaid Product Delivery, you should have a track record of working on global teams to deliver Financial Services products. You will design, build and deliver complex technology solutions and operational processes that form a new product or product features. These solutions will involve multiple internal and external partners in different regions. You will be able to execute this delivery with consideration for partner and regional concerns, but also gain efficiencies and advantages from a larger global strategic framework or products developed globally.
Areas of focus include daily interaction with external technical, business, and implementation teams at vendors, card processing partners, and issuing banks. You will need to work intimately with a wide range of internal groups. This role will require the ability to act with a high degree of autonomy in directing business development partners towards effective solutions, and then partnering with the Global team to deliver products. Finally, you will also be asked to work with the Global Cards team to operationalize repeatable processes within these products as they mature, transitioning them to an implementation team.
Qualifications, Skills Knowledge
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics with at least 5 years of relevant product management experience. Solid understanding of the Prepaid or Retail Banking is a must as is project management experience with a focus on technical and product work streams.
