Manager – Product Development recruitment

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that the revenue numbers of the assigned business are met.

• Play a lead role in developing retail asset products in the key markets catering to the identified target segments.

• Provide proactive assistance and guidance to the units in developing and producing marketing campaigns, collaterals and other materials to support and enhance the business momentum.

• Develop product profitability and customer profitability profiles in close coordination with the finance and credit team.

• To identify, define and calibrate the target segment opportunities.

• Participate and coordinate with the units in the key market research initiatives and provide assistance / guidance in synthesizing the findings and translate into evaluating / identifying the opportunities for developing new product offering to selected target segments.

• Periodically review the portfolios to assess and monitor the performance against predefined goals/parameters including profitability and risk measurement indicators.

• Assist in development of distribution models, channel capacity planning and alternate channel development for cost-effective distribution.

• Lead in assigned projects and in preparation of the annual financial budget / targets for the individual business units along with plans for implementation of business development initiatives / projects with time scale and resources.

• Review and assess the processes adopted in the respective units adhere to acceptable level of quality and standardization and are in compliance with the local regulatory aspects as well as with the group norms.

QUALIFICATION

• Minimum Bachelors degree, preferably with MBA

• 7 + years Banking background with 3-4 years in product development – Retail

• Able to define and evaluate profitability analysis for product propositions

• Excel software proficiency, ability to crunch large data and hands on experience in data modeling tools, forecasting of portfolio indicators, product analysis and diagnostics.
