MANAGER (Project Management) recruitment
Job Descriptions:
- To coordinate the design and implementation of business initiatives;
- To devise implementation plans, policies and procedures, user requirement of operation systems, and monitor their effectiveness;
- To assist in new product development and take part in research analysis;
- To monitor business performance through compiling statistical reports to management;
- To manage priorities and expectations across a variety of stakeholders;
- To conduct business training seminars for counterparts; and
- To liaise with counterparts and collaborate with internal business units to resolve project issues.
Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration and Finance;
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in developing and implementing banking or structured financial products;
- A team player with critical thinking and analytical ability, attention to details, good communication skills and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Ability to prioritise, manage and control work plans and be multi-tasked;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua a definite advantage); and
- Proficient in PC applications.
