Manager, Provider Data Analytics & Delivery–Telecommuter Job in Minneapolis 55401, Minnesota US

Positions in this function are responsible for various activities related to Medicaid provider compliance filing, which may include any or all of the following: 
 
Oversight of database maintenance, reporting and extracting data for various reports and analyses, participating in work sessions with Medicaid Health Plan leaders and plan regulators to understand filing requirements, creating business requirements, review and approval of IT Solution Summary Documentation, creating and communicating change control documentation, program quality control and operations gap identification, oversight of provider data quality initiatives driven by the state filing process, and driving execution of key metrics and deliverables. 
 
 Develops and maintains standards for quality assurance and analytics functions, coordinates corrective activities to clean provider data, and manages communication processes with other departments regarding Medicaid state compliance filing and related provider data analysis. Conducts audits and provides feedback to reduce errors and improve processes and performance.   Oversees analytics and results to ensure provider data quality issues are remediated. Responsible for representing Provider Data Operations and reporting and tracking execution on timebound state compliance files, as well as analytics results and subsequent research and remediation efforts.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
 
3 yrs supervising people and/or projects in a cross functional work environment
 
3 yrs experience working in a client facing environment
 
Ability to drive execution in a rapidly changing environment by reprioritizing and developing flexible project plans
 
Project management experience  
 
3 years experience working in an analytics shop or equivalent work experience with large data sets extracted from different sources
 
Moderate proficiency with Excel, but experience with other analytics applications (SAS, Sequel, MS Access, etc) is a bonus
 
1 yr experience working with/supervising business analysts and programming staff.
 
Experience working with provider demographic data, network data, contract data, as well as understanding of the claims process
