The Prudential, Capital Liquidity team offers clients advice and hands on assistance with issues such as;

The  team is the leader in its market. They are a mix of former regulators (including a former member of the Basel Committee) and experienced industry consultants and practitioners. Our client base covers all of the major retail, commercial, custodian and investment banks active in London and asset management firms, including hedge funds. We also undertake training for the UK FSA and have an active secondment programme underway with FSA. This is an opportunity to join a growing team that is leading in its market and with a first class client base. We are particularly looking for individuals who wish to advance within the team. Formal and on the job training is offered and successful candidates will have a desire to learn.

Essential Skills and Experience. You will have experience in any of the following:

You'll actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships. With guidance from partners, directors and senior managers, you'll identify potential business opportunities. Drawing on your knowledge and experience, you'll provide innovative commercial insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and contribute to thought leadership. You'll also actively contribute to improving operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives. In line with our client's commitment to quality, you'll consistently drive projects to completion and determine that work is of a high quality.

You will support our financial services industry clients in developing cutting edge risk management practices, ensuring sufficient capital and liquidity in challenging economic times. Your role in leading teams or parts of teams on engagements will depend on the size of the engagement and will be under the responsibility of higher levels. They will look to you to anticipate and identify risks and escalate issues as appropriate. As an influential member of the team, you'll help to create a positive learning culture and will coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop.
