Manager Quality Assurance recruitment
Join the Wholesale Banking Division of a Global FTSE 50 bank, providing risk solutions, specialised lending and advisory services to International Corporates. This role is part of the team which acts as a key support and advisor for the Wholesale Banking Division
The key components here are a full understanding of the business and strong stakeholder engagement. You will constantly liaise closely with the Front Office and other support functions.
The role will involve managing / completing the monthly Account Ownership (AO) and the related Quality Assurance Review (QAR) processes.
You wil havel:
- Management and development of the monthly Balance Sheet Account Ownership (AO) processes.
- Completion of the monthly Quality Assurance Reviews (QARs), conducting meetings with stakeholders across the IB
- Stakeholder engagement and issue resolution.
- Coaching and Developing two direct reports
- Participation within monthly Finance and Operations Governance Meetings
Knowledge and Skills:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) or equivalent with post qualification experience gained in the banking or financial services sector
- Balance sheet controls and substantiation experience
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Confident and should be comfortable developing strong relationships with senior finance / Business Control stakeholders.
- Strong computing skills particularly for MS Excel and MS Access
