The Manager, Quality Reporting contributes to the Quality management team by providing content management and interface with technical support services for utilization analysis and report production. Responsibilities are to assist the organization and health care providers meet the quality of care expectations and clinical requirements by providing detailed reliable analytics.


Successful candidates must have the following experience in order to be considered:
 

·            5 or more years of healthcare experience including physician relations, clinical background a plus, RN, RHIT

·            Proficiency with healthcare patient management and reimbursement applications

·            Demonstrated proficiency with software applications in a business setting; at a minimum MS Office Suite, including demonstrated proficiency with Excel formulas and spreadsheet interfaces, MS Access, Visio, and Adobe Pro Illustrator

·            Able to articulate business requirements from complex clinical environments to software logic and data to ensure robust reporting; SQL Server proficiency required, including report writing

·            Must be able to calculate complex health statistics and obtain mastery of clinical performance standards and measures

·            Significant experience with analysis and report writing

·            Demonstrated expertise creating and adhering to internal and external reporting deadlines, calendars and time frames

·            Able to manage multiple competing priorities and constituencies

·            Ability to interact with and keep teams of multiple disciplines and organizational levels on track

·            Demonstrated expertise in maintaining a relentless attention to detail

·            Demonstrated ability in leadership and managing others.

·            Self-directed, organized and process-driven

·            Professional level of verbal and written communication skills

·            Demonstrated ability to interact at all levels of the organization

·            Skilled at managing people and other resources

·            Ability to travel up to 5-10%, nation-wide

 

Education/Experience:

·            B.S./B.A. Degree in Healthcare Science or related field and 5 or more years of experience in healthcare quality management, utilization management or healthcare revenue cycle management; or equivalent combination of education and experience
