Manager – Recruiting(NASA)

The Manager - Recruiting (NASA) is responsible for building and managing the business and resources for SCORE, the central recruiting operation within NASA.  This includes overall responsibility for:
 
• Identifying, negotiating and accepting work that most effectively can be recruited centrally by leveraging the NASA platform
• Achieving fill results and profitability consistent with expectations
• The management and development of regular and temporary staff
• Ensuring maximum asset efficiency through fulfillment of candidate profiles and associate redeployment
• Identifying and implementing opportunities within area to leverage innovation in low cost, high quality talent sourcing channels
• Ensuring brand building and quality excellence in all aspects of remote associate and client service
 
Client - 40%
Ensures consistency, predictability, quality and value for external and internal clients
Contributes to client relationships that are sustainable
Recognizes strategy and opportunity to increase revenue through pipelining, recruiting, matching, redeployment, asset efficiency and quality

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, Operations Management or equivalent combination of work  experience is required  Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in recruiting, to include no less than 3 years in a recruiting management role.
Previous experience in centralized recruiting operation which serviced high volume placement needs without regard for geography or function.
Previous experience sourcing through advanced and modern techniques and tools.
Previously demonstrated ability to build internal and external decision-maker level relationships of benefit.
