Manager, Relationship Management (Key Accounts Team or Target Team) for Prudential in Dubuque, IA The Manager, Relationship Manager leads a team of Relationship Managers within the Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit and Non-Qualified business in developing and executing proactive, creative, contact initiatives intended to identify and satisfy client needs. This position selects, trains, evaluates, coaches, counsels employees and administers human resources policies and procedures. The manager sets performance goals and standards and ensures that they are met, achieves profitable growth, leads team to meet reference, retention, and profitability goals as set by the segment. The Manager participates in client visits, participant meetings and finals presentations as needed, partners with overall management team to provide high client satisfaction and retention, and partners with other client-facing management staff to ensure consistent client-servicing practices. Additional responsibilities include managing budget and staff appropriately and working on special projects. Skills required for this position: Bachelor's Degree or related business experience Minimum of 5 years experience working in Retirement Services, Financial Services or related industry Minimum of 2 year of supervisory or management experience strongly preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated expertise in customer service Proven leadership skills Proven ability to recognize trends and identify corrective actions Knowledge of capacity, staffing, and expense management Proven ability to re-engineer workflows/processes to improve cost/service results Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 6, 63, 26 and State Life License or able to obtain within 120 days of employment Job requisition number: DBQ0001O Division: Pru-Staffing Visit our web site.
