Manager, Research Department
The selected applicant will be responsible for managing our six-person and growing Research Department. General responsibilities include:
- Direct and organize work efforts of all department functions and roles
- Manage and maintain project schedules
- Field requests from within and outside the organization and make priority decisions in the presence of multiple inputs
- Embrace active management and an objective, evidence-based investment approach
Expertise in Microsoft Office (and Microsoft Project in particular) is highly desirable. In-house software covering transaction history, trade generation and methodology testing will also be used.
Required:
- 4-year degree
- 3 years hands-on project and personnel management experience
- Working knowledge of investments and the process of developing investment products
Preferred:
- Master’s degree
- CMT, AIF, CFA, CTA, AAPTA
- PMP or equivalent
