Manager, Retail Wealth Private Banking Operations, Asia Pacific

This role will help shape the strategy for Retail Wealth and Private Banking Operations and updates made to this in line with changes to operating and economic environments. The role will see you work collaboratively with the Retail Wealth and Private Banking Operations and business teams (regional and across 21 countries in Asia Pacific) to drive execution of the Operations strategy in the region and supports ANZ's super regional agenda.

You will ensure effective operational management, achieving customer service standards, operational efficiency and control of operating risk. Additionally you will support the Senior Manager for Retail Wealth and Private Banking Operations Asia Pacific and the regional team to develop champion effective long term strategies to drive operational excellence across the region and execute initiatives to deliver the desired business outcomes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in Banking Operations ideally working across product lines within Retail and Wealth. You will experience in both the processing and also the management of teams. In addition, you will have proven ability as a change agent and the successful execution of initiatives to deliver change along the strategic path for the business. Your communication and negotiation skills will be outstanding and feedback from stakeholders at all levels of an organisation will be exceptional.
