Manager, Risk Compliance Employee Programs (Job Number: 1316084)

Description

The incumbent will design and implement employee recognition and innovation programs and diversity initiatives for a 1,000+ employee group. S/he will be responsible for all communications related to these programs including communications to senior managers, the employee engagement eNewsletter, and employee communications on MySource. S/he will be responsible for metrics related to usage and effectiveness of recognition programs and will produce reports for senior management in the group. S/he will analyze and communicate results from employee engagement surveys and develop plans to address deficiencies. S/he will also be responsible for implementing special events related to employee recognition such as awards dinners, and will manage presentations for senior leaders aimed at promoting employee engagement across the group. S/he will interact regularly with the groups senior leaders as well as corporate functions such as Corporate Communications and Human Resources.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree. 3-5 years of experience in risk, compliance, employee program management, or communications.
