Manager, Risk Governance recruitment

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Assist the RCO in the overall portfolio management responsibility for WB SEA Singapore
- Ensure a robust monitoring, MIS and control framework within the region with regards to the key risk indicators and measures.

Key Roles Responsibilities

REGIONAL PORTFOLIO
• Assist RCO and together with Business Units, to coordinate risk initiatives within the region.
• Monitoring of asset quality through the holding of credit issues forums and the analysis and development of the regional and country MIS packs.
• Coordinate and minute the Regional Credit Issues Forum for SEA.

COUNTRY PORTFOLIO
• Assist the Singapore Head in the monitoring of MTM losses and limit utilization within the SEA book by holding fortnightly MTM meetings and the preparation of the MTM reports for circulation within the region.
• Assist in the oversight and minutes of the country EAR monthly pack.
• Assist the Singapore and FIR team in the analysis and development of the country RIR pack.

RISK MANAGEMENT
• Understand the region’s strategic priorities, opportunities, risks and requirement through regular interaction with Business Units.

RISK MONITORING OPERATIONAL CONTROL
• To provide the RCO with a good sense of the risk issues pertaining to the region and provide monitoring and control reports as and when required by the senior management.
• Monitor breaches of Corporate Portfolio Standards, EAR and BCA renewals etc within the region.

COST MONITORING CONTROL
• To assist in the regional headcount and cost forecasting and monitoring exercises.
• Ensure the timely submission of the PMC Cost and FTE reports.
• Management of cost discretionary or otherwise to keep within regional budgets and look to save opportunities.
• Liaise with Financial stakeholders and provide assistance to adhoc requests from Group on cost queries.

OTHERS
• Nominated as Risk MI champion for SEA on the panel for Risk MI forum.
• To undertake regional ad hoc projects/initiative from SRCO, RCO, and WB Risk office, as and when required.
• To work with the BPM for SCRO EH in providing timely information and resolving queries on the SEA region.
• Follow through on self-development and training plan.

Qualifications Skills

To succeed in this position, you should possess the following:

- Some years of experience, preferably with some experience in a Risk function
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to multi task and work on tight time deadlines
- Self starter
- Good MS Office and presentation skills
